A Contract for Difference, CFD in short, is a fnancial derivative commonly described as a contract between the Investor (trader) and the CFD provider (Broker).
CFDs are traded on Margin without requiring the actual purchase and physical delivery of the underlying asset. This allows for speculative trades where investors can profit bidirectionally; that is, both from rising and falling prices respectively.
Energy CFDs are simply called “Energies” by Brokerage Firms. They behave like normal CFDs and are one of the most popular subcategories of Commodity CFDs.Trade Now
